Just a cat girl who loves fishing, namazu and planning housing in ffxiv for fun. Also a fan of fantasy and sci-fi shows. Terms and prices:

I'm open to most builds, except nsfw builds. However my specialty is "cutesy" style with some pastels and eastern hints, and some fish/namazu as an additional decoration, but i'm willing to try more thematic builds as
well. All my builds use all floors of the house and i will try to utilize all the available space.Please let me know what kind of build you're looking for theme wise and where (district, size), it's going to be in game, when you contact me. If you have some specific inspiration in mind, feel free to share pics/screenshots with me before i start the planning process.Once i agree to take your commission, i'll be asking for advance fee of 25% of the total price for small "sample" of the final design and the rest will be paid in exchange of the .json file for your design. I'll share pics of the planning process during the planning so we can adjust things to your liking.Please note: You’re responsible for acquiring furnishings unless your home world is on Jenova, in which case I can purchase them at MB price + a 10% convenience fee.I'm planning as a hobby, so irl might cause delays to the planning process. I reserve the right to cancel the commission due to "unprofessional" behavior, in which case i'll keep the 25 % advance fee.
